For customers in the Canada -
Canada Post is running again, so business mostly as usual.

For customers in the USA -  

US Customs is processing very slowly, no guarantees how long it will take 
This is out of our control packages may or may not make it before Christmas

Nov 4, 2025 - US shipping is available again
De-minimis exemption is gone as of Aug 29, brokerage and tariffs will apply to all US bound shipments
We have a system to remit all brokerage, tariffs and other fees so that nothing has to be collected when the item is delivered. 
We will be adding a 30% tariff charge that will show as tax, on all US shipments, this is the tariff part, we will be covering the other fees at this time.

Aug 19, 2025 - US shipping is paused

June 30, 2025 - US shipping available again, US Customs issues resolved at least for now.

June 24, 2025 - US shipping paused again, packages are being returned to sender, will update when we know more.

We have re-activated shipping to the USA, all shipments will go by Canada Post so delivery by USPS.
Hopefully Canada Post does not strike and we don't have any other negative tariff changes, we will continue to monitor this daily

Our shipping policy:

We ship all packages with tracking and you should get a delivery notice from the courier at the time of delivery.  Unfortunately once a package is successfully delivered, we are not liable for items stolen from porches etc.  We strongly suggest using an address where someone will be available to accept the package as "Porch Pirates" are increasing.  If you would like a signature on your package you can let us know in advance, there is a signature charge of $5.00+tax.

If an order is shipped to a 3rd party company, freight forwarder or similar, we assume no responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from their services.

J&J Cards is not responsible for customers entering incorrect/incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided to us - we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.


Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the same or next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Update as of Apr 25, 2025
We are pausing shipping to the USA as of today until we can test what the new process will be starting after May 2nd

Tariffs have gone into effect today Apr 3.
The de-minimis exemption for small orders under $800 will be assessed a 30% tariff or more starting May 2.
If you are looking to purchase anything it will be best to get orders in by Apr 25 to be safe that they clear customs before May 2
We will be monitoring things closely, and work on figuring out cross boarder shipping.

Some remote area's will have additional shipping charges and some large items will also have additional shipping charges.  Order totals under threshold ($30-$35 depending on location) will have additional shipping fees.  

We will ship orders with the courier that provides us with the most economical rate, if you would like your order shipped by a specific courier that is not our best method, additional charges might apply.

Shipping for orders that contain a Pre-Order item 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

SHIPPING IN STOCK ITEMS FIRST
Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require an additional shipping charge.

PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE
If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be refunded the difference.
